Dear Dr. Rob & Staff, Our first visit to the dentist was in 2001 when my eldest son Harris was 2 ½ years old. I think I was more nervous than he was, but your warm and reassuring way made it comfortable for us both. Since that time my two younger sons visit the office for regular check ups as well. ALL of the staff is friendly and accommodating. The front desk receptionists and dental hygienists greet us with a smile at each visit, and during the exam they relay information without my even asking and thoroughly explain everything. My middle son is Autistic with sensory issues and has adapted well to his dental exams. The staff is very sensitive to his special needs; it is a great comfort to know there is a dentist and staff who understand him and make him comfortable for his visits. My sons don’t mind visiting the dentist for their twice a year checks ups! Your pediatric dental practice is exceptional and I will continue to refer patients to you!
